Replace the Azureus jar file with the one in the rar. You will also need the AzureusSpoof.properties to be in the same folder as Azureus (c:\program files\azureus or c:\program files\vuze" by default)

Did you read the FAQ?

Simple:
1. Install version of Azureus that goes with the mod (3.0.4.3B06) and replace the files with Shuified files
2. Turn off updates
3. ????

well, I said reboot, but I ment reformatted...stupid typo. Anyways, the hacked tcpip.sys is what allows you to make more than 10 half-open connections. This limit is something new that M$ put in XP SP2 and in Vista to slow down the spread of viruses (lol). The hack thus allows for more than 10

did you have a hacked TCP/IP stack before you rebooted? Windows XP and Vista don't allow more than 10 partially open connections and that might be your problem.

That is a plugin (from what google tells me). You can just tell Azureus not to load it and it should go away.
