i dont care about the download speed really. what i care for is the time i lose for downloading a file so why should i limit my max upload when the download speed depends on it. so it means download speed depends on upload speed, upload well slow your download... if you keep this prossec the chance ...

thats a strange expansion to me. cus upload well kill your download bandwidth as well.
