I have been banned from a site and want to get back in again. I have dynamic ip and it's changing all the time, but still mods on the site are able to know who I am and are banning me again. What must I delete in my browser and what is the correct procedure so I can get back in this torrent site again?

Empty browsers cache, to be honest best for you would be a browsers change, change Vuze version in AzureusSpoof.properties be sure you cheat gradually that is use fake upload speed ++ mode, intelligent cheat, start faking after lets say 5%, do not use add real upload to fake upload, be sure you do not exceed your isp upload capability while you cheat, mods may be aware of your connection capacities.

I don't need to cheat cause I am seedbox owner. I just want to know what to clear that they will not detect me again. And the site is Heynowtorrents.

Your seedbox may be the key or just they know it is you because of browser fingerprint. If site you are active on have no other users from your ip range it's ip change will not protect you.

Watch assigned IP to be different than at the other times.
Change browser.
Change listening port on client/seedbox.
Use different email to register.
Change style of posting on the tracker.
Do not post or add too much information about you.
Do not download or seed torrents you did on previous account.

I did all this. Changed the mail, browser (went with Opera) had new ip, and I am not seeding anything on that site with my seedbox but still it says my ip is banned. Really don't know how they got me again.

Maybe they blocked ip range of your provider due to many violations.

Options:

Some people claim that mac address change helped(doubtful)

Create account at somebody else home, internet cafe(ip may be banned for registration and for use differently)

Use vpn service.

If you are innocent just contact administration of the site and describe your difficult situation.

If you are desperate change internet provider.

Well now I am really confused. I signed up with VPN service. Got UK Ip adress etc. No way he could get me there. I signed up with new mail, new browser and everything.

Before activating the account the admin sent me a message that I must send him url of my account at some scene torrent site. I knew something was wrong. I sent the details talked with him on IRC and he knew exactly it was me. He said it was because of proxies. I really don't have an idea how he caught me again and what I did wrong.

You can use Virtual Machine with any other operating system or spoof any other system/browser by User Agent Switcher
