New install - runaway fake upload

Hi.

Just reinstalled (cleanly) Azureus to troubleshoot ultra-low download speeds.

The download speed issue is sorted.

Downloaded 3.0.5.2b.
Copied across the shu files for 3.0.4.3 B06.
Options checked are:
carllfo edit: Do not post settings, removed

Now I understand that i've technically installed the wrong version of Az.. Does that matter? Where do I get that exact version?

Apollogies, I was able to determine the cause.
The torrents were added before the Shu changes were applied, and had not had the latest settings set against the torrent.

Upload to tracker was disabled.
I have to assume that alhtough the upload speeds (in Mb/s and climbing) were present, they weren't being uploaded.
