It will be because you are using an old version, trackers often ban out of date clients.

Java version in osx is seriously out of date. Shu may have coded this release with a newer version (quite likely). The icon bouncing in the dock is actually a recurring issue even in unmodified java correct versions of Azureus. You could just run Azureus in a VM (Parallels/VMWare Fusion). I personal...

There are many possible issues that cause slow uploads, check the FAQ.

You should take a look at the AzureusSpoof.properties file mentioned above. Choose which version you require to spoof and you're all set, have fun.

You copy the files into the azureus directory only if you are using the version the files were built for.
The version will be listed in the thread title and is normally easily available from the azureus sourceforge.

You can spoof the version number though, look for the AzureusSpoof file in Azureus installation directory (Shu Mod only ) and set the two arguments at the end of the file.
