I am not using latest Shu mods bcoz of my upload limit set by the ISP, although my download speed is also very slow. Thanz to Shu for providing No Upload atleast in older versions which would help many slow downloaders like me.

no... the "no upload" function is only available for "advanced user" group and higher.... Do a quick search in the forums!
