Can't Access Download Page

I just registered on this forum a few hours ago. It was my understanding that once you register for the forum, you're able to access the download page. However, when I click on "Download" and enter my username and password, I just get the message "You are not logged in, and therefor can't browse the downloads." even though it displays that I am logged in with the correct username displayed. Any help? Thanks.

i'm having issues with my account, i'd to create a newone (this) cause the oldone dosnt work (last night was working perfectly as always)
i couldnt login the web or the shu...and with this account i cant login in the shu or access the dl page...

Anyone can help me?
