MAC OS X 10.5.4 VUZE

Can i use SHU mode on the VUZE fore MAC?
and what version to upload and how to install

In short. No. Java is too out of date on OSX. The target for Vuze is 1.6.

So what version is compatible with Mac's? I'm currently using 3.0.2.0, as it was the only one i was able to get working... i tried out 3.1.1.1, but after swithing out the jar files, program wont launch...

I'm confused by the statements in this thread though... JRE is 1.5 build 6 now with 10.5.5 leopard. Vuze 3.1.1.0 will run fine, pre mod. Will this version work (3.1.1.1 _B05.220) or am i just doing something terribly wrong (other than just replacing the files...)?

yea install azureus vuze 3.1.1.0 and then paste the jar & the properties file too....

Shu, thanks for the response, i will attempt again, dont know why it would not launch for me.

for anyone that wants to get an older version (took me a while to figure it out ) here is the link, just edit the version you want...

After copying over the azureus2.jar, and spoof.properties files, the app will not launch. I am using the app from the link above, and the abuzemod 3.1.1.1 b05 220.

put both in ~/vuze.app/Contents/Resources/Java

Anything i'm missing? any other mac people get this running?

I gave up and just run it from Parallels or Fusion, much easier.
