My Vuze won't load after i overwrite the 2 Abuze files in the installation folder. I checked out the FAQ and the forums and the most common solution is installing the most recent Java. I did this and it still does not work.
Does the latest Abuze mod work on Vuze 4.8? Because the installer exe always downloads the latest (4.8) Vuze version automically, even when the installer is meant for 4.7.
I run Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

This is because of old setting or Vuze -Abuze version mismatch.

Are you using the full offline installer (approx 7MB) and not the web installer (<1MB)?
I haven't installed Vuze from scratch for a long time but seem to remember having to install it without internet access so I could change the settings to 'never update' before it could automatically update.
