Limit upload speed???

I've searched before posting this thread and didn't find any results

ok so when I'm downloading something and using fake uploading will it be detectable that I'm fake uploading if I limit my upload speed as it differs the download speed for me (same when I'm only uploading and the torrent finished downloading)

If you cheat carefully [speed mode ++] it is not possible to determine if you are cheating or not. However very high upload speed may be suspected to be cheat. Do not fake faster upload speed than fastest offered by your provider. It will take longer to get high ratio but it will be safe.
